L’entité organisatrice des cours est :
L’INSTITUTO INTERNACIONAL IDIOMAS, qui organise l’assistance, la gestion et la transmission de la formation bonifiée durant toute l’année pour tous types d’entreprises privées et pour les travailleurs actifs.
Les cours sont dispensés dans nos bureaux de Marbella, Nueva Andalucía et San Pedro.

Points à souligner :

  • L’III est une Entité Organisatrice pour la dispense de cours de la Formation Programmée pour les entreprises. Ces cours sont reçus au sein des plans de formation pour les travailleurs actifs pour la Fondation de l’Etat pour l’Emploi.
  • Chaque entreprise, en fonction de son personnel moyen annuel, a un crédit disponible pour la formation de son personnel, la bonification sera totale ou partielle. Il a été retenu, autant pour les travailleurs que pour les entreprises, un certain pourcentage dans leurs fiches de paie pour la formation continue de leurs travailleurs.
  • La bonification se réalise en déduisant le montant du cours réalisé de la quantité à payer de SS et le pourcentage de la bonification ira en fonction du personnel moyen de l’entreprise l’année précédente.
  • Les cours sont en présentiel.
  • Les cours se dispenseront par des professeurs diplômés de la matière en question.
  • Le matériel didactique sera gratuit.

Requis de la part de l’Entreprise

  • Être une entreprise privée
  • Être au courant des paiements de la Sécurité Sociale
  • Signer et compléter l’Annexe d’Adhésion

Requis de la part du Travailleur

  • Être inscrit dans le Régime Général de la Sécurité Sociale au début du cours
  • S’engager à réaliser, au moins, 75% des cours
  • Remplir la feuille de demande (données personnelles, études, entreprise et signer le document)
  • Joindre une photocopie du D.N.I. et du dernier salaire

Processus d’Inscription

Une fois reçu à l’Annexe d’Adhésion, nous inscrirons l’entreprise dans le système et nous verrons son crédit disponible pour la formation de ses travailleurs ; par la suite et avec toute la documentation qu’il faut, nous inscrirons le participant dans le cours demandé par un rigoureux ordre d’entrée.

Ils devront être remplis avec une adhésion et une fiche d’entreprise par chaque entreprise qui souhaite solliciter les cours pour ses travailleurs et autant de demandes que de participants qui vont réaliser la formation.
