INTRODUCTION

FUNDAE (State Foundation for Training in Employment) is the Spanish public entity that manages vocational training funds for workers and the unemployed. Its main objective is to improve employee qualifications and corporate competitiveness through training, which can be financed through deductions in Social Security contributions made by companies.

The organizing entity for the courses is:

I.I.I. (Instituto Internacional de Idiomas), which organizes the consulting, management, and delivery of subsidized training for all types of private companies and active employees.

The courses are held at our offices in Marbella, Nueva Andalucía, and San Pedro, or at the requesting company’s premises.

PUNTOS IMPORTANTES

  • Los cursos están acogidos dentro de los planes de formación para trabajadores en activo por FUNDAE.
  • Cada empresa en función de su plantilla media anual tiene un crédito disponible para formación de su personal, la bonificación será total o parcial. Tanto a los trabajadores como a las empresas se les ha retenido un tanto por ciento en sus nóminas para la formación continua de sus trabajadores.
  • La bonificación se realiza deduciendo el importe del curso realizado de la cantidad a pagar de SS (Seguridad Social) y el porcentaje de la bonificación irá en función de la plantilla media de la empresa el año anterior.
  • Los cursos son presenciales e híbridos.
  • Los cursos se impartirán por profesores titulados para la materia en cuestión.
  • El material didáctico será gratuito.

REQUISITOS

Requirements for the Company

  • Must be a private company.
  • Must be up to date with Social Security payments.
  • Sign and complete the Adherence Annex (Anexo de Adhesión).

Requirements for the Employee

  • Must be registered under the General Social Security Regime at the start of the course.
  • Commit to attending at least 75% of the classes.
  • Fill out the application form (personal data, education, company details, and sign the document).
  • Attach a photocopy of your ID (DNI) and your most recent payslip.

Registration Process

Once the Adherence Annex is received, we will register the company in the system and verify the available credit for staff training. Subsequently, once all documentation is completed, we will enroll the participant in the requested course in strict order of receipt.

The company must fill out the “Adherence Annex”, the “Company Registration Form”, and as many “Participant Registration Forms” as there are employees wishing to participate in the course.
