III considers that all students have sufficient motivation and interest to successfully complete the study programme. To this end, it is essential to follow basic rules of behaviour both at the school and outside it.

III undertakes to make its teaching services, accommodation, free services and extracurricular activities available in accordance with the chosen study plan and the fees and conditions set out in the information brochure and on the website.

1.- Classes

The duration of each class is 55 minutes.
Office hours: Check your centre here.
The placement test will be carried out outside class hours and will be free of charge.
We will consider as adults all persons who are 15 years old or older.
All payments for both private and group classes must be made in advance and must be paid on the first day of class.
Payments will be made in €. All bank commission charges, both in Spain and abroad, will be borne by the payer. In the event of refunds, the commission charges will be borne by the recipient.
Teaching is exempt from VAT. The prices of other contracted services include VAT.
The course reservation fee or other services will be deducted from the total amount.
All comments, complaints, timetable changes, etc. must be made at the Secretariat and not with the teaching staff.
Students will be entitled to use the following services free of charge: Wi-Fi, internet, conversation club, loan service (books, videos), tutorials, film club.
Teaching materials and extracurricular activities are not included in the published course price.
Students, parents or their legal representatives may have as many tutorials as they wish by prior appointment.
Clients may consult their timetables, attendance and grades through our online platform.
In order to obtain III Diplomas, students must take and pass the exams for each level. Otherwise, III will issue, at the student’s request, a Certificate of Attendance for the course, provided that the student has attended 80% of the classes.
III will integrate and promote preparation for the following official exams in its study plan: DELE (Instituto Cervantes), Cambridge University Certificates, Alliance Française and Goethe Institut.
III hereby states that the education it provides is “Non-official education and does not lead to the obtaining of an official qualification or professional certificate”.

2. III Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of the course and, where applicable, accommodation, will result in the following refunds:

  • Cancellation 14 days before the course start date: refund of 75% of the reservation amount.
  • Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the course start date: refund of 50% of the reservation amount.
  • Cancellation less than 8 days before the course start date: you will not be entitled to any refund.
  • The cost of classes missed due to illness, early departure, late arrival, force majeure, etc. will not be refunded.

Once the course has started:

If the student cancels any type of course early for any reason, the amount paid and not used will be non-refundable; however, III will issue a voucher in favour of the student with a validity period of 1 year. The unused amount corresponding to accommodation will not be refundable.

To cancel a private or semi-private class, notice must be given at least one working day in advance. Otherwise, it will be charged.

III reserves the right to:

Change the student’s group or offer another type of class if, for any reason, the student cannot keep up with the group pace or does not integrate adequately.
If the number of students in a group is reduced to four or fewer, III reserves the right to make the relevant adjustments (timetable adjustment, reduction of hours, integration into another group).
III reserves the right to cancel or relocate students in courses that do not meet the minimum number of students.

Any cancellation of any type of course that has not started by III will entail a full refund to the student of the amount paid in advance as a reservation or any other advance payment that may have been made.

III reserves the right to expel any student who repeatedly fails to comply with basic rules of behaviour and respect towards the teacher, classmates, host family, or any other staff member, or who breaks the laws of the country. This will result in expulsion from the course and accommodation with no right to any refund. In the case of repatriation of adults and at their own request, III will help organise their departure; in the case of minors, parents or legal representatives will be informed and repatriation will be organised with accompaniment until departure from our country by a school monitor.

3. Discounts

III offers the following discounts:

Discount for belonging to the same family group or company.
Discount for a student enrolling in two or more courses at the same time.
Discount for purchasing hour packages (only for private and semi-private classes).
Discounts specifically agreed with associations, institutions and agents.

4. Insurance and Health

III has taken out a Civil Liability insurance policy that covers possible incidents or minor accidents that may occur within its centres. III is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal property.
In the case of foreign students, III recommends that they take out insurance that covers possible contingencies that may arise during the trip and stay with us, such as: illness, loss of luggage, course cancellation, civil liability.
EU students can obtain the E-111 document in their respective countries in order to receive free medical assistance in Spain.
For any unexpected contingency situation (urgent health problems, loss of documentation, theft, etc.), III provides students with a 24-hour emergency number: 679173910.

5. Visa

Students from non-EU countries will need to obtain a visa to enter Spain. III will issue a certificate of the student’s enrolment in the course once we have received their completed enrolment form, a copy of their passport and payment for the contracted course.
You can obtain detailed information about student visa requirements at the Spanish consulate or embassy in your country. Applications must be well prepared and properly documented.
In the event of a visa refusal, the amount paid for the course acceptance letter will be refundable, minus the amount corresponding to processing and administration fees (€500).

6. Accommodation

The minimum age accepted in order to contract the accommodation service is 9 years old with a monitor.
Age differences for sharing a room may not exceed 3 years. From 18 years old onwards, no distinctions will be made in this regard.

7. Academic Calendar 2025/26

III provides classes throughout the year, except on the following dates:

All Saturdays and Sundays of the year.
We start on 08/09/2025.
Christmas holidays: from 24/12/2025 to 06/01/2026.
Easter holidays: from 30/03/2026 to 05/04/2026.
National holidays: 13/10/2025, 01/11/2025, 06/12/2025, 08/12/2025 and 01/05/2026.
Autonomous Community holiday: 28/02/2026.
Local holidays (Marbella, Nueva Andalucía and San Pedro): 19/10/2025 and 11/06/2026.

Note: However, III may, with prior reservation, provide classes during these holidays with its on-call teachers.

8. Privacy Policy

In compliance with Spanish law regarding the Protection of Personal Data, III informs you that the processing of your personal data provided in the Enrolment Form, photos or videos obtained at our facilities, camp or extracurricular activities, may be used solely for III’s training and commercial activities (website, brochures, presentations).

9. Free Services

III offers you, for the best use of your studies:

Unlimited free hours of group classes at your level if you have booked an intensive, super-intensive course or daily private classes during the period of the contracted course.
Also the possibility of repeating the intensive group course free of charge if the required final level is not achieved.
Suggestion box and complaint forms.
Loan of books and videos.
Film club.
Exchange with other students.
Free Wi-Fi in all our facilities.

11. Legal

By enrolling in III, you accept the general conditions listed here, as well as what is established in the content of the website, brochure and manuals published by III.
Complaint and claim forms are available to our clients.
For any dispute that may arise between the parties regarding the interpretation, compliance and execution of this contract, III offers its clients, in the first instance, an arbitration and conciliation system through the Provincial Arbitration Board of the Málaga Provincial Council and the Ordinary Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Marbella.
